SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays only. That way we could (hopefully) avoid your plants sitting in the post office over the weekend. This will minimize any damage to the plant that can possibly occur during shipping. So, if you place an order on Wednesday-Sunday, we will ship your order on a Monday. If you place your order Monday-Tuesday, we will ship your order on a Wednesday.

Once the order is shipped, it should arrive to you in 2-3 business days.

Currently, our shipping rates are based on the cumulative weight of the package and includes both the shipping materials and handling fees. 

Orders are shipped with either USPS or UPS. Depending on current shipping rates.

 

As much as we would love to offer free shipping to our customers, as a small business we are unable to do so at this moment.

ORANGE COUNTY DELIVERY

We offer delivery to Orange County, CA, residents.

Our current rate is $10 per order.

 

We offer FREE delivery for any orders over $150.

RETURN POLICY

We handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis.

 

Plants don’t love drastic changes to their environment so some minor cosmetic blemishes and/or few yellow leaves are to be expected. Please note that it typically takes a few days or weeks for your plant to adjust to its new environment. While we do not accept plant returns at this time, we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your order. 

We take great care in selecting the best products for our customers. If a plant or accessory arrives damaged or shows signs of being defective within 14 days of its arrival, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please capture a few photos of your damaged item and contact us via email at info@laganinico.com. Make sure to include your order number.

 

(Photos are required as proof of damage in order for us to help with your refund/replacement. Please note that if a plant is out of stock we are not able to offer the same plant as a replacement.)

Furthermore, please note that repotting your indoor plant into a new container within the first 14 days no refund or replacement will be issued. Additionally, we are unable to process refunds after 14 days.


Please note we are not responsible for packages returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address or delivery information.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

At this time we do not accept wholesale orders.
